How to Change Between Subscription Plans?

You are free to change between the monthly and annual subscription plans or to make the one-time purchase after choosing a subscription first. Navigate to Me > Settings > Available Plans and Refunds to view your available options. Read on to find out more about different modalities for the possible changes.



Change from Monthly to Annual Subscription #

On the Available Plans and Refunds or on the Manage Subscription screen, select the annual subscription plan. Your new subscription will start immediately, and you will receive a refund for the remainder of your ongoing monthly subscription period.



Change from Annual to Monthly Subscription #

On the Available Plans and Refunds or on the Manage Subscription screen, select the monthly subscription plan. Your new subscription will start only after your current annual subscription expires.



One-time Purchase With an Ongoing Subscription #

Your ongoing subscription needs to be canceled and expire before making the one-time purchase in order to avoid redundant payments. To cancel your subscription, navigate to Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription. After the one-time purchase, the subscription options will no longer be available.
